Cherie A. Daniel was called to the Bar in 2005. She has practiced in the areas of Criminal law, Regulatory, and Tax defence. Previously to being on the Foundation, she sat on the Justices of the Peace Review Council for two terms. Cherie is currently in the final stages of completing both her Masters in Law specializing in Criminal law, Business and Labour, and Employment (Osgoode); and her Masters in Adult Education and Community Development with a collaborative in Workplace Learning and Social Change. Cherie teaches full-time at Mohawk College and has recently been appointed as a member to a municipal tribunal.
